The only thing I did that was different, I left out the hot sauce and used homemade rolls. We also topped ours with sauteed onions and peppers. It was delicious and simple. Perfect for a summer day.
Oh good gracious, I’ve been making that sandwich for about two years, ever since I borrowed Grandma’s copy of the Pioneer Woman’s cookbook. Isn’t it delicious?!?! We love it. Except we’re not hardworking farmers so I don’t make it too often since it’s not the healthiest sandwich ever. I never used the Tabasco sauce either.
